Here is a tip:

Tim and I had a two week trip planned to Bowling Green, KY to visit family so I was prepping the refrigerator for our absence and I noticed I had a bunch of lemons and some cutie oranges in bowls on the counter. What to do?

I squeezed every blessed one of them and put the juice in my silicon brownie bite trays and froze them. I got them out of the freezer when I got back and put them in freezer bags. Now I can still use them in all my dishes that call for fresh squeezed.
