Hey all, PLEASE PLEASE PLEASE Share this. This is currently being reported to the cops as the poster claims to have collected money from vendors and specifically mentioned the Venue. My concern is a fraud in progress and safety to my guests.

Update : I am continuously bombarded with calls in regards to this today.

I’ve had a few people call me today in regards to this for Oct 7-8th and while I cannot share details of the bookings due to my client’s privacy - we DO NOT have a scheduled event for this person on this date.

The only thing we have is a school reunion on the 7th and multiple inquiries for baby showers on the 8th.

There is NO Jennifer Rodriguez in my system. The only Rodriguez available enquired about a Quincenera last year.

There is NO vendor event listed or scheduled for 2 weeks prior and after those dates.

There is NO payment placed by a person with that name for that date.

PLEASE do not pay this person unless I have a verbal confirmation of SAID event.

The events on the 7th and 8h are private events and I feel inclined to bring attention to this for my clients’ safety for those two dates.

Please inquire further before making any payments but please take note of this 🚨

We are so honored to be able to host you lately.

As you may have known, The Loft is currently going through a Spa Season where we spruce her up and send her to the nail salon.

We are so excited for her to grow while we honor her history, legacy and stories.

We have been receiving TONNSSS of inquiries on our booking process and I would like to share this step-by-step into our process to alleviate some of your questions.

Step 1 - Call to Inquire and Book a Tour
We love having you come into the space an envision yourself in it. Please request a tour BEFORE your payment so our booking gal can find time to coordinate with you. To respect our guests' privacy and time ( cleaning team, sprucing team and ours as well ), we encourage you book a tour 36 hours in advance.

Step 2 - Confirm Date and Fulfil your Deposit
Without your deposit, your dates are open to be given to other patrons. Believe it or not, we host smaller events such as bridal parties and baby showers. In time of uncooperating weather, our dates are booked quickly. For that reason, the only guarantee would be to fulfil your deposit after you have chosen your date.

Step 3 - Arrive on Your Rental Time
The Loft is managed by a small business owner who does our best to accommodate our guests. All rental time must account for ALL entries by booking party and vendors alike. If your vendors would like extra time to prepare, we encourage booking an hour extra for prep time. This is to ensure we have some time to have the cleaning crew in and a manager nearby for your needs. Since most events are on the weekends, our Venue Director has to be on standby and changes in the schedule can affect your events.

Step 4 - Clean After Yourself
We are so blessed to have such incredible patrons into our space. While you do not need to mop, deep clean, launder the lines or wipe down the space after your events - clearing your decor, plates and food is very much appreciated. This reduces time in between event cleaning. We charge an extremely nominal cleaning fee compared to other bigger venues and to keep this fee low - we ask that patrons have help to clean up after your event.

Did you know that your events, especially weddings have to be insured?

Besides taking care of accidental injury or accidents that occur during your big day, it also can help with reimbursements especially in instances where your event had to be cancelled or postpone.

Many brides do not realized that spending less than $200 for your big day can be a tremendous help to them in cases or emergency. Imagine this to be the seatbelt in your car. It is definitely a NEED!

Moving forward, weddings with The Loft on Main under our new care will require a Wedding Insurance that covers The Loft as additionally insured by the clients as well as any vendors coming to our space.

Oh man, we love a small, intimate event here.

A lot of time, when inquiries come in, clients wonder what is included with their event rental?

The Loft requires a minimum of 4 hours rental to include set up and break down of your space but to be ✨FRANK✨ , I have a bad habit of setting up the tables and laying down freshly laundered linens before your event day.

This is so you have some extra time to prep for your events and gives me extra time to ensure all my things are working.

Your rental include round tables that seats 8 each, chairs and basic white linens, kitchen, bathrooms, main ballroom and mini ballroom totaling to close to 6000sqft.

This year, all inclusive weddings includes draperies, lighting and those sexy Chiavari chairs 🪑 🤤

We are so happy to be a space for you to rent for your events and big day. If you do not know, Suneeta Ames Photography is sharing The Loft and its space.

Starting January 2023 onwards, Suneeta and her team will be taking care of all incoming rentals requests. With that being said, a few small changes will be implemented to accommodate our guests.

1. Smaller room rentals will be available for micro events such as baby showers, workshops or meetings.

Due to popular request, our smaller ballroom downstairs will be open for rentals in the future for clients who need a smaller room with access to the kitchen and bathroom at a smaller fee.

2. Tables, chairs and white linens are provided but other items will be up for rental.

I spend a lot of my investments into my sets and decorations that is personal to my photography business. While I enjoy sharing, I have found a lot of difficulties coordinating large items for others who needs it at no cost. Moving forward, all items available for rental has to be booked in advance with a damage fee imposed.

I am looking forward to hosting you in the future. As I navigate this new venture, I am thankful for your understanding.
