The Canvas Experience was started with the vision that getting reconnected with nature is a Very Good Thing. When we have the experience of the outdoors, we remember that we're all connected - to the world, to ourselves and to each other. We want to bring that experience to people's backyards and other locations to make nature more accessible -- and a little more luxurious.

We have a brand new setup that might be my new favorite thing to do in a tent! Introducing the Dining Tent - complete with a private chef who makes exquisite meals AND cleans the whole thing up! We do the rest for you including all the plates, flatware and decor. You can host an amazing experience for you and your friends right on your backyard - without lifting a finger - except calling us. 😊

We had amazing clients in our first season and the best part was seeing how happy they were after their family camp-outs, birthday parties and party lounges. Dads who watched the sunrise with his kids (while mom got some sleep!), families that were able to reconnect and friends enjoying a whole new experience together.

We got to meet the best people at the best hotel in New York! For real - @thesistersofcedarlakes we’re just voted “Best Hotel in New York” by @travelandleisure and we can tell you why. They had us put up three party lounges and six bedrooms, so they could celebrate their win with their employees. That might sound strange for a hotel, but the owners were so thoughtful about their employees not having to clean up the rooms if they all stayed over! They had @shakeshack and hot air balloons - the whole nine yards. Those are people who know how to treat employees. And it shows up everywhere. Every person we met was delightful and “at our service” - US! Were a vendor - not a client - and they made us lunch, brought us bug spray and waters - and we’re just friendly, delightful people. I can’t even imagine the service they give to brides! And the place is BEAUTIFUL. It was a great way for us to celebrate our year anniversary 🎊 and a wonderful inspiration to us as we strive to provide that same level of sincere service to our clients and build an incredible company culture.
