Nestled in a private, gated community in Santa Barbara. This is a private listing available only to pre-approved vendors.

Guest Capacity👫:
Up to 50 guests

Availability📅:
Available for events only during January–May and October–December.
Summer dates are not permitted.

Accommodations 🏠:
5-bedroom home accommodating up to 10 guests
2-night minimum stay required

Requirements:
-Full-service wedding planner
-Event insurance
-Guest shuttles (no on-site parking)
-All events must conclude by 10:00 PM

Recommended Budget:

When designing an event space, we focus on the emotions and experiences we want guests to feel the moment they step in. One of the first vendors Matt and Jonathan hired was the incredibly talented violinist, . As soon as I knew he’d be part of their day, I envisioned him elevated on a platform, ensuring that as guests arrived, they were immediately immersed in the beauty of live music—a gift that set the tone for the entire ceremony.

Matt and Jonathan’s love is powerful, deep, and truly breathtaking to witness. A traditional straight-row seating arrangement wouldn’t have done this moment justice. Instead, I designed a 360-degree layout on the Olive Tree lawn—something timeless yet unique to them. This intentional design symbolized the unwavering support of their family and friends, surrounding them in love, joy, and connection that will last a lifetime.

As the ceremony unfolded, the vision came to life in the most extraordinary way. Just as it ended, the clouds parted, and golden sunlight poured through—a perfect, almost divine, ending to an emotional ceremony unlike anything I’ve ever experienced.
