What to do when you’re gifted a mother load of fresh Stinging Nettles and your choad -lookin’, ho-made White Bean and Seitan Sausages are ugly but they slap? Why, of course, you make Vegan Andouille Sausage, Nettle 🥬 and Truffle Roasted Garlic 🧄 Gumbo and bake up some H**p Garlic Beer Bread 🍞 to make your belly oh so happy 😋 🌱☀️

Garden fresh Veggie We**ie w/ho-made pizza crust, smoked tofurkey slices (not ho-made), smoked provolone, cheddar and mozz shreds, horseradish mayo (made with foraged horseradish), seasoned lettuce, zebra cherry tomatoes and pickled banana peppers from the garden, sautéed green peppers/garlic/shrooms and chives/parsley/basil from the garden 😋 It was ugly but it was tasty and mighty 😁🌱☀️
