This is my family/home venue - where I do most of the planning/setup etc - available in southwest Georgia as well!

This is my family ~ and that girl on the far right turns 15 this week, the baby!
As time goes on, and things change, we always look at ways to create the best work/life balance possible to maintain a healthy family life.
Running our own business has allowed us so many opportunities, and time, that I wouldn't have if we were still in our corporate careers. We've been in the wedding industry for 14 years now, and venue owners for nearly 5 of those. We want to give our best to our clients, AND our kids.
To do that, after this summer comes to an end, we will no longer rent out the home for full weekend stays. We have several already booked, and we know it works great for our destination couples, but once the kids start back to school in late summer, we have opted to only rent out our downstairs suites, or an upstairs add-on for the grooms space for day of events.
Doing this allows for the least interruption of 'home life' for our kids, and focuses on the best of us, and our space, for our couples. We will also continue to limit the amount of weddings we take per year, as we do still travel with our photo/video work (www.thisisyou.net) - and place some of our time into our outside careers that help us put away for retirement. Weddings, working with people, and organizing/running events are some of my favorite things, and that won't ever change!! If you want someone dedicated to you and your wedding or event, booking with us is a great place to start - but reach out soon, as dates will be blocked off quickly!

Be polite and respond to RSVPs!! They pay a lot of money for your to be there!!

Okay fam….

An engaged couple sent out wedding invitations with a RSVP deadline (with a very reasonable timeline).
Guests who RSVP’d after the date were told RSVP is closed, guests had missed the deadline & as a consequence will miss their wedding. Final numbers had been turned in.

We need to discuss!!! Thoughts?!?!

My name is Tracy, and I'm a venue owner, and semi-retired photographer/videographer. Working with couples on their vision is one of my favorite parts of the wedding process, and seeing it all come to fruition is icing on the wedding cake!
I work with all budgets and limit my off-site planning to southwest Georgia/southeast Alabama venues and private properties as to not take away from the brides experience or my dedication to my current couples!
I offer month of planning, timeline assistance, day of coordination and/or decor use with setup/cleanup assistance!
