We recently got the opportunity to get a behind the scene tour of what happens at Towpath Distillery!

We got to taste their limited edition Red Wine Barrel Bourbon ~

Four-year-old, straight bourbon whiskey finished in a red wine barrel.

Joe Piscazzi Sr. and Anthony Piscazzi, a grandfather and grandson team, get together every year to produce a high-quality wine made from Napa Valley Cabernet and rested in French oak barrels. Once the wine is removed and bottled, the French oak barrels are used to finish straight bourbon. The end result is an incredible bottle of bourbon with added depth and complexity.

It's National Espresso Day and although we don't have espresso we do have an incredible create your own tea bar! 🍵

It's stocked full of everything you think you'd want in a tea. There are a variety of different teas to choose from and combine together. You can also top it off with some dried fruit or infused local honey from .farmers.market

Grab a cup or a pot and sit back and relax. If you end up loving the tea you created you can always bring some home with you in our 3.4 oz or 8 oz jars. Plus, you can bring them back and refill them once you've finished it!

Join us for Bourbon Tasting with Towpath Distillery on Tuesday, December 10th!

Arrive at 7pm and begin by creating your own custom scented candle in one of our signature tin options. While creating, you’ll receive one of two featured bourbon cocktails to enjoy during the experience and open access to a grazing board design to pair well with the flavors in your bourbon flight. Once your candle is cooling, you’ll receive a tasting flight and a presentation on everything you’ll event want to know about bourbon! Your candle will be ready to take home at the end of the tasting event.

Towpath will be featuring their classic bourbon and their super exclusive limited edition red wine barrel bourbon for this event!

Tickets are $45 per person and include:
- 1 signature candle
- 1 cocktail
- a tasting flight
- snacks from our grazing board
