Last night we served a spicy chicken walking taco with a Serrano -tequila infused slaw.
We slow cooked the chicken with lime,pepper, cumin, garlic etc… we sliced some fresh cabbage, cilantro, red onion and tossed them with agave, tequila infused Serranos and ground jalapeño chili powder . We served this on fresh made cumin dusted tortilla chips. It was nice to see everyone and hope to see you guys at .

I was born and raised in Houston and lived in New Orleans for ten years working with other talented chefs to bring the big bold Texas style cooking to New Orleans flavor and spice.
