We're excited to help Soldier of the Sea Distillery in Comer, GA celebrate at their grand opening party Apr 29. We'll be throwing down our espresso rubbed brisket, slow smoked pork, smoked cajun mac and more!!!

Brunswick stew test batch was 🔥 🔥 and we'll be slanging it out next Fri, Feb 3rd. Holy trinity sautéed in beef tallow, overloaded with our slow smoked brisket and chicken, and flavored with BentWilly's Traditional BBQ sauce. Come on out and grab a bowl.

Huge thanks to John at The Slice House for allowing us the opportunity to take over his kitchen for a little while and serve the great folks of Leonardtown this weekend! We had a blast and can't wait to come back. Also, you know I had to represent my Dawgs and our favorite Athens brewery, Southern Brewing Company while up north!!

Such an amazing event on Sat!! As a small time operation to get an opportunity as big as this was truly a blessing and a test, there were definitely a few silent prayers along the way. We hit some hurdles but adapted when needed and made it happen. Huge thanks to our team that came out to help, you guys stepped up and produced at an amazingly high level. I've said it many times before and they're probably tired of hearing it but one final thanks to and our brewery venues that hooked up our swag table stop in for a brew and check these guys out if you get a chance... great beer, atmosphere, vibes, and amazing staff and owners!!

A little late but we got Brad Pit and Lil Susie fired up, 100+ chicken 1/4s soaking in the chicken brine and the butts are rubbed with that GA-Q. Me and Big Will's smoken at the farm, time to get after it and see what it takes to feed 650!!!! 34 butts on and smoken.

After some self reflection and praying I've concluded that its best to put BentWilly's on hold for a little while and enroll into culinary school. There's a lot out there I don't know... and I don't even know that I don't know it yet, especially on the business end. We're not shutting down completely just scaling back operations while I focus on school and improving our brand. I've got a vision of what I want for BentWilly's. And in order to achieve that vision I'm gonna need as many tools and as much knowledge I can cram into this S GA melon of mine. Appreciate the support we've received thus far and looking forward to the future.
