As you may have seen in an earlier post, we have officially added Fat Bottom Farms Kettle Corn to our lineup! Make sure you click on the link to like, follow and share that page to help us spread the word. Our first event will be Saturday, September 21 at Pioneer Days in Pittsburg, TX. Please stop by to say hello and grab a bag of fresh popped, delicious kettle corn! Don't forget the great fundraising opportunity we have available for organizations as well. As stated previously, we are still available for custom catering, select concession events and will be doing holiday orders for turkeys and other smoked meats and full meals as we have in the past. It’s not too late to get those orders in for July 4th. Pork butts, ribs and brisket available. Order deadline for Brisket is Tuesday July 2 at 8pm. Pork butts and Ribs deadline July 3rd at noon. All will be a 10 am pickup or local delivery July 4th.

I have a new recipe. Dad’s candy jalapeño relish and strawberry cream cheese. This makes a great snack. Just take however much cream cheese you want to make and add 1-3 tablespoons of Dads Jalapeño relish and mix well. I’m eating it on crackers. Let us know if you want a jar.

New product alert. We are now taking orders and will be selling Dads Gourmet Foods. I am doing an order for anyone that wants to get a jar. Shipping will be available. 10.00 a jar. As soon as we can get some interest we will fill the first order. I have tried it all and it is very good stuff.

Uncle Earls Hog Dog Trials are coming up soon in March. Unfortunately we will not be able to make it this year. I know a few of our customers from there like us here so we wanted to let everyone know. To our local customers we are still full swing In catering.

I have decided to cook this weekend at the last minute. Here are the prices. Brisket 18.00 a pound with a 3 pound minimum. Ribs are 30 a rack, spare ribs or baby backs. Sausage is 12.00 a pound. We can do more. Brisket will need a day notice. Send me a message or call us and we will work on getting you fixed up. This is for Sat, Sun and Mon(New Years day)

The booth we used at the State Fair and Cowboy Christmas is for sale. We have enough of the walls for 10x10 booth at Festivals. They are not in perfect shape but are in good shape. They are all 8ft tall some are 4ft wide and some are 2ft wide. I will include 2 7ft long counters. I do have a portable sink made up that Passed Dallas health inspections. I’m asking 500.00 for all. I promise there is more material in that in this booth. I will consider all reasonable offers. I am including a picture of when it was set up in Ft. Worth in 2020. If anyone on my friends list is interested let me know. I will be posting to marketplace in a couple days.
