All Mock-ups come with the proposal upon request and will include a $50 consultation fee that goes towards your balance if you choose to book with MBE. That fee also covers unlimited text, calls and emails to assist with coordination of your event to provid a seamless experience!

The Michelle Bates Experience is doing a drawing.

For every person that Likes the pages for my business as well as Likes and shares the page for Hutchins Gateway will be entered into a drawing to receive a backdrop from our available inventory along with a ballon arch( up to 3 colors) for the backdrop for only $50.

The backdrop can be booked for any date available up to 12/31/2024.

Proof that you have followed both pages and have shared this post with at least 1 other person is required to be entered into the drawing.

We at The MB Experience are extremely excited when potential clients or repeat clients contact us to assist with helping them envision and plan their special moments and are dedicated to serving them to the fullest.

However, it is essential for you all to understand and acknowledge the time we invest in responding to an inquiry from a potential client.

After discussing your event providing you with options and explaining the services we provide we work to get you a quote that carries your request vision which sometime can take research of products and services, reaching out to other vendors etc.

So it can be disheartening after this time invested for people to either defer their decision to another party or for them to never respond.

Before inquiry about services please do the following:

1. Make sure it’s ok with your partner.
2. Discuss and decide your realistic budget.
3. Try to define your vision and make sure your budget aligns w the vision.
4. If possible have your location set ( it helps us with vision)
5. Reach out when you are ready to book.
