This client was planning her man’s surprise hibachi birthday while pregnant (queen behavior ✨)… but we couldn’t let her stress over setup.

So we swooped in with the balloon backdrop magic plus handled all the rentals — tables, chairs, linen — placed on site and packed up after the party.

From fiery colors to effortless hosting… we brought the heat so she didn’t have to. 🔥🌵✨

Stepping up to the Real Producers Awards at Globe Life Park, we came ready to play ball ✨⚾️

Two of our crazy towers marked the entrance — the ultimate leadoff hitters, giving guests a fun welcome right off the bat. Then we brought in two more by the ballpark-themed photo backdrop so everyone could snag their MVP moment 💙

And the step & repeat on stage? A festive blue, white & gold balloon garland that totally knocked it out of the park 🤩

When it comes to balloon installs, we swing for the fences every time. ⚾️💫

This client had used me previously for balloons but thought that was all I did. He had a picnic company hired to do the setup, but they bailed at the last minute 🫣
So he called us up & said, “I know this isn’t your thing, but could you help?!”
“Of course!!”
& boom 💥😃 proposal picnic package was created & a love story began!

Moral- if you’re not sure if we do it, ask! You may be pleasantly surprised ☺️

She thought they were headed to family photos at the Arboretum… but instead walked right into a rose petal path leading to forever 💍🌹
A rose garden, “marry me” marquee, her favorite song playing, and a picnic for two were waiting with chilled champagne & mini charcuterie. We came prepared with tissues, water, sanitizer, and a fan — because love (and Texas heat) will make you sweat 😅💞

The details from this 40th surprise party 💕

Did you know we have rental items?! This host made good use of our silver shimmer wall (also available in champagne gold!), acrylic cake stand, candle holders, & disco ball rentals!
We also custom made these streamers for the client as well as the balloons. Inquire today to hear more about our rentals & decor! 😃
