🎉 HEY PARTY PEOPLE! 🎉 It’s been TWO fabulous years since I took the leap and started Events by Essex! I’ve loved every moment of bringing my creative visions to life, obsessing over every little detail, and diving into the magic of a good theme. ✨

If you’re new to my page, here’s a few things you should know about me::
-While I was born & MOSTLY raised in Texas, I moved around quite a bit due to my mom working with the military. I grew up in Okinawa, Japan & finished high school in Germany 🇯🇵➡️🇺🇸➡️🇩🇪
-I have a Bachelor’s degree in Early Childhood Education from University of North Texas, so I’m great with kids! 💚🦅
-I’ve bartended for about 12 years! You can expect some extra detail in your bar & cocktail selection if booking through us 🍹🧉
-My 2 chihuahuas, Lola & Taco, mean THE WORLD to me! I tell them they’re adorable everyday & look forward to their cuddles every evening 🥰🐕🐕
-I LOVE using my creativity in my work as well as everyday, & will probably be obsessing over your party more than you are! 🌟

This colorful piece was done for a celebration of life event for a young woman who left this world too soon. 😢 She absolutely loved rainbows & sunflowers ✨🌈🌻

When thinking up a backdrop, a regular rainbow just wasn’t giving me the vibe I wanted. I saw this idea from another creator, & although I usually try not to copy other’s work, this look was too perfect for the occasion. So thank you (I can’t remember their name 😣) for the inspiration.

To me, this piece says “I’m looking down on you from heaven” 😇⛅️ Hope she thought so too ❤️

Celebrating a sweet new arrival with an unBEARably cute baby shower! 🧸🩵

& for a little “Behind the Balloons” scoop… this took place during the Dallas marathon, which turned our 10 minute drive to the event space into an HOUR long fiasco trying to navigate around all the detours in a UHaul 😣 THENNN, upon arrival, another group was saying they had the space reserved. 😟 Our team was able to smooth everything out & get the balloons done on time while the mom-to-be was getting herself ready stress-free!
Another GREAT reason to hire a professional!

We adorned 2 sets of marquee letters and 1 step & repeat banner with balloons, plus 35 helium balloon centerpieces, & 2 crazy towers guiding guests in 🤩 What a BEAUTIFUL evening to give recognition to some of the metroplex’s best realtors.
