In 2019, mother-daughter due Vic & Jace F. partnered to create "[No Name], purveyors of fine stick food," a new pop-up restaurant, catering and concessions concept, serving Texas and Oklahoma. Their Papa Neil invented the fried food delicacy and introduced it in DFW in the forties. Nearly a century later, the women have given the classic deep-fried cuisine a healthy-ish, modern spin.
Focused on simple ingredients, local sourcing and bold flavor combinations, the [No Name] menu was consciously curated to include items like organic, uncured, all beef, grass-fed franks, as well as a selection of savory dipping sauces to pair with the stick food of your choice. The [No Name] Team is also excited to unveil The Funnel Cake Bar by [No Name], which comes stocked with premium toppings like organic strawberry compote and salted caramel drizzle. Just imagine the possibilities.
