FACT: cakes are one of the hardest things to photograph. These are all taken with an iPhone but I hear photographers all the time saying, “can we turn the pinspotting off?” The shadows and the reflections…it’s all a lot. I always recommend to have your cake in a well lit area and if you chose to have a pinspot, make sure you can turn it off for the pictures. ….and always think about the background. Don’t put baby in the corner and make her plate pretty. 🤍

Guest Lists are typically one of the hardest parts of wedding planning. You have to start somewhere and this is the place to start….before venues and flowers and even budgets, you have to have an idea of your guest count. We say, “go a step further and create your real list right off the bat!”You can have your yes, nos and maybes from that list. This makes your actual guesstimate more actual and less of a guess so you can really be heading in the right direction! 🤍

The entrance to an event needs to have an impact and this one was gorgeous!!! We had an empty space that needed some major weight. Bella Flora came in and helped us conceptualize an amazing event!!! designed this table. He is one in a million, one of the sweetest guys in the industry...he’s got a quiet force about him and is UBER creative. He needs major prayers right now for healing for his body from COVID.
