ADMEI Awards Best Logistical Achievement

We are so excited to have been awarded “Best Logistical Achievement” and “Attendee’s Choice” at the ADMEI Virtual Conference for “Operation Adios – Spanish Foreign Exchange Student Evacuation”! Last March, when the U.S was newly in full lockdown, our company was contacted, contracted, and dispatched to DFW Airport (within a 24 hour period!) to coordinate a Herculean effort of meeting, greeting, shuttling, feeding, and ultimately escorting 300 teenage students safely to a charter plane taking them home to Spain. Thank you to our wonderful team who made this possible, our client, and to the judges for their kind words. One judge commented, “I was breaking into a cold sweat reading through the description. This was indeed an unprecedented program, and one that the organizer successfully orchestrated... all while under extreme stress, real health risk, and unknown circumstances. 300 families were undoubtedly relieved when their children arrived back home. Well done!”
