Recently I had a someone say to me during a consultation “I have no content and I don’t know what to do”.

I always say “Chances are you aren’t out of content, you’re out of creativity! “

Content can be created and shared everyday from simple moments in our business we often overlook. For example: record a video about a “day in the life” and post on YouTube or IGTV. Share 5 tips related to your niche on Pinterest or maybe turn frequently asked questions into an ebook. Content does have to be instagram posts or pictures. As long as it adds value — it’s content!

Consumers are hyper aware to brands response and commitment to the movement making it even more important to be clear in your messaging. Today, I have shared with you 3 tips to posting throughout the movement (and in general) on social media.

🚨 *SAVE THIS POST 🚨 Here are 4 ways to gain visibility on your platforms! 👇

1. Post engaging content. 👀 There are over 500 million people on Instagram, 64% of whom are between 18 + 34. To stand out, it’s important to post content that is eye catching while being authentic to your brand.

2. Use effective hashtags. Studies show having at least ☝️ hashtag can increase your engagement by 12.9%. 👏🏾

3. Consistency is a big key. 📈 You don’t have to post 3x a day but you also shouldn’t “ghost” your audience. People follow with the intention to keep up to date with what’s going on and engage with your brand. Show them behind the scenes shots, introduce them to your team, ask for their input on new projects and ideas.

4. Create value. 💡 Stop posting just to post and share insight with your followers. I.e. If you’re a chef, show is the safe + proper way to julienne vegetables. If you’re a hair stylist, share tips on what products best protect your hair from heat damage or fading in the summer sun.
