Ok folks ~ we’re gearing up to start accepting Chocolate Vendors, as well as Craft Fair Vendors, for Dandridge’s First Annual Chocolate Festival, to be held at the Field of Dreams Activity Center in Dandridge, on October 5, 2024 from 10am-6pm.

I have info on our website all about this event, so go read up before asking questions, as most of them should be answered on this event’s page on White Rabbit’s website. The ⤵️ link is in the COMMENTS….and though I do not know exactly how popular this event will be, I need to see how many Chocolate Vendors would like to participate……that’s the most important part of this event that I need to nail down first ~ how many of you are interested in joining us? The number of chocolate vendors directly affects booth pricing, etc. So that info is still uncertain….

I only see (4) participants in our FREE BOOTH spinning wheel drawing! Let me know if there are others who came in under the wire, at midnight last night! Think of all the friends your friends have....they all saw our Craft Fair! They all know where you're going to be tomorrow! I will do a raffle for a FREE BOOTH with each event we have....and I'm hoping more of y'all will join in!!!

Scents by JT, Jodi Borden, Chris Karpovich Graves and Ka Farley....did I miss anyone? Show me if I've missed anyone...?

I'm going to eat dinner, and how about I post the winner at 9pm, in case there are any other entries I've not seen.....? Now's the time to tell me :)

UPDATE: Business name changed! Whoo hoo!

I never dreamed, when I resurrected my Florida business name of 30 yrs ago, that there would ever be another meeting planning business with the exact same name. Silly not to check….but exactly something I always manage to do 😂!! As my husband would say, “Only you!”

As I’m already established on this page, and I cannot change my Facebook business name, there are 3 things I CAN change:

1) The business name on my cover photo,

2) my email, and

3) the addition of WREP’s official website.

White Rabbit Event Planning has been officially changed to :

Ok folks ~ sending out Summer Fun Craft Fair vendor applications this week! Those paid vendors who weren’t able to join us in March, your fees have been applied to this June Craft Fair.

We will hold the Summer Fun Craft Fair at the First United Methodist Church, located at 2011 Branner Avenue in Jefferson City.

I have videos to process & sketches to finish, so everyone can see where the indoor and outdoors vendor areas are. Also, where the unloading zone is located and where the vendor parking area will be located.

I’ve been to First United Methodist Church, and have gone through their Fellowship Hall & took measurements mid-week last week ~ we will have room for just 21 booths indoors. Now…..I know this is not nearly enough room for all the folks who want indoors.

Trying to do things as fairly as I can, I am
asking for those of you who COULD go outdoors, who is willing to give up your indoor spot? There is a covered pavilion that about 8 of you can use, and not worry about having a canopy, if we have any abnormal wind, like at Dandridge Elementary. For those of you indoor folks, if the covered pavilion could work for you, it is the same price for a booth in that area.

I am going to place the indoor booths that *weren’t* able to be at the Spring Fling Craft Fair, due to the date change, FIRST. I’ve not counted everyone up yet to know how many that is, but to me (and I hope everyone else agrees), that’s how the indoor booth assignments are going to begin…with them. They had already paid their booth fees, before the March event date was unavoidably changed. They deserve the indoor spots first.

I have umpteen videos to upload….and thinking out loud during all of them. I’d originally thought of something different for the covered pavilion area, so just ignore my ramblings….and take a good look at our indoor and outdoor areas.

I’ll be checking out First United Methodist Church in Jefferson City this next week.

Once I can estimate the indoor & outdoor space for our Summer Fun Craft Fair on June 10th, I’ll begin working on vendor applications 😉!
