I get to be myself for a living. And the best part is the more I'm myself, the better I am at my job. I mean WOW! I feel incredibly spoiled to have a job that feels like recess, lucky to have found my path in a field that's a natural fit, and blessed to have a support system of friends that believe in me. If you're still finding your path keep following your bliss, take stock of what comes easily to you (which may be going unnoticed cause your probably taking your gifts for granted), and find a job that can let you play in the sandbox of your gifts. Do that long enough, you'll be living your purpose.

The move

The new, recently-opened venue specializes in weddings but can provide space and help in the details for any type of gathering--even large scale events. The business will host a 2nd annual Open House on March 2 from 10 a.m. to 2 p.m.

ITS OFFICIAL - DJ Obie Entertainment just had its first bridal expo ever at in the Quad Cities. It felt like it wasn’t our first time. I was beside 3 other badasses that I conciser close friends. , , and .wirz. Unfortunately we didn’t get a photo of Joel in action, probably cause he’s the only one with the foresight to take picture 😂. Anyways, it’s nice they’ve seen me hype up crowds quite often so selling my services all came from experiencing me in action. We loved every moment of the expo and will be traveling to a city near you to do more of these. And shout out to those that kept us company at our booth. Thanks for chatting it up with us. If we didn’t have your date available 😢 we wish we could, and if you’re one of the lucky ones that’s got us as your entertainment, your guests are in for a treat 😉

Went to a bar Broken Saddle after El Ritmo salsa, locked eyes with a girl that wouldn’t look away. She offered me a shot. I instantly thought she tried to roofie me. Drank it immediately and asked questions later. Turns out she knew me from her sisters wedding and she had literally over 150 photos of us in her phone. I grabbed a few. This is one of them. If you have a photo or video of me at an event you saw me perform, toss it in the comments. I’m curious to see what memories we made. The wackier the better 🤪

I feel so blessed to have such dope clients. was popping. They came to have fun and slay. I’m so grateful I got to share this special day with both of them. The Thomers’ Wedding Bash was an absolute blast! 💍🎉 The grand entrance was like a touchdown at the Super Bowl. The wedding party huddled up like a football team taking on their greatest rival! That was the moment I knew, IT’S GOING DOWN!

From dad’s priceless speech (which I had to get a copy of) that ended with a surprise song 🎤 to the bride’s jaw-dropping shake-it-off haircut reveal 💇‍♀️, this day was filled with originality, contagious energy, and super pleasant surprises!

Shine on Quad Cities season 10 In the books. Definitely an epic night hosted by Ballroom by Nick. Stretches me as an MC and I loved every moment of it.
