I got to catch up with a friend today. Adam Dietrich and I first met while attending Johnson and Wales University in Charleston SC. Could possibly have been a million years ago, but that's not the point. Adam now owns and operates Expo Food Safety, and keeps food service operators like me going, by offering ServSafe classes and recertification. He's a true industry professional, and an amazing resource for businesses like ours to continue providing excellent standards in food safety.

In addition to catering, Total Events is also your personalized event management team, from day of coordination to full-service event planning needs. Services include securing hotel accommodations for guests, assisting with venue and additional vendor selections, to rental and décor assistance, we are here to exceed your every need.
