🩷A Love Story to Remember

We recently had the incredible honor of planning and catering for a truly special couple. I knew we were a perfect fit when they came to the tasting and I overheard one of them say "Heard"! Lol! 😉 (its like a hidden language...something typically said by industry professionals 😉)

Their love for one another radiated warmth and joy throughout the entire celebration, and the Ivory Barn provided the perfect backdrop for their fall wedding. Their day was filled with laughter, heartfelt vows, and unforgettable moments of happy tears.

Working with Noa and Randy, witnessing their appreciation of the teams they entrusted for their day, watching them be surrounded by their closest friends and family celebrating their love, was a beautiful reminder of why I love what I do.

I got to catch up with a friend today. Adam Dietrich and I first met while attending Johnson and Wales University in Charleston SC. Could possibly have been a million years ago, but that's not the point. Adam now owns and operates Expo Food Safety, and keeps food service operators like me going, by offering ServSafe classes and recertification. He's a true industry professional, and an amazing resource for businesses like ours to continue providing excellent standards in food safety.
