Rest easy babygirl also my forever bestie! I miss u and all the things that we used to do and talk about doing when we got old and this year on our birthdays we are turning 50… and we were gonna go all out and then have our rocking chairs 🪑at both of our homes on our porches so we could rock n talk!!! I love u and I still visit ur grave on the regular bc as u already know I have some very important folks out in odd fellows…I can see u and Vance talking about Jazz and how they were when they were little… till we meet again cya later❣️🥹🙏🏻🤩💜🥰✌️

Hello hello hello I’m so glad to be back on the track with PAFA and this is going to be Part 3 of being a personal assistant for anyone.

(PERSONAL CARE 101)

1. Sitting with you or a loved one
in a home, hospital, nursing
home.
2. Outings to food stores or
other stores.
3. Running errands to pay bills
or for whatever needs to be
met.
4. Outings to appointments and
procedures. Also to social
events.
5. Bathing; getting in or out of
shower or tub.
6. Hair therapy including
washing, drying, setting and
styling and any leave in or
hot oil treatments.
7. All nails offer manicures and
paint if you can’t reach or
you shake. Hair removal on
your face which can include
eye brows.
8. Personal assistant dietary
cook or assist with making
a certain meal or dessert.
9. Rehabilitation and exercise
with instructions from a
professional physician. I
make a great coach. Haha

Welcome to my business/ministry page PAFA.
I am very passionate about PAFA and I feel like this opportunity has been laid on my heart 💜for awhile now I just couldn’t do what I was being told and driven to do.PAFA is personal assistant for anyone program and let me tell you that stands for a whole lot of different things that I am qualified to do or that I have the knowledge or experience in or I may just be blessed beyond measures to be able to help someone do something that they couldn’t or wouldn’t do by theirselves. I have a very long list of different things that I am ready and prepared to take on any of these projects or events or whatever the need or want may be… I’m your woman and I also have people that subcontract so if I needed help with anything I may lead you in the direction of another service. On this page you can reach me anytime and I will get back with you in a reasonable amount of time. I have done everything or have experience in it if it’s on my list but I have never made a business page so y’all bare with me please and thank you! I’m not going to name everything at one time but I will start a list and everyday or so add more things I do and about them and how I go about the project. Anything that I do is to be an assistant to you and / or I can do it by myself but the main reason for PAFA is so that anyone who can not do stuff on their own, even if it’s just one thing you may need help with, I want to be the one if
possible. I also have special pricing but it does go by what service plan you pick which after I share all my plans then I
will put out my prices to mix n match on services. YAY. 😀
