Thank you to my family and friends, and UT Culinary, for the surprise party yesterday. This was for getting certified as a Personal Executive Chef.

Gonzo Gourmet schedule for the week: 3/9 Etowah, Thursday, 11am-2pm 3/10 Athens Lowe’s, Friday, 11am-2pm 3/11 Spring City, Watts Bar Beer Works, Saturday, 4:30pm-8pm Hope to see you all there! (P.S. menu might not be the same as the one Kim is holding here 🤣. But there will be lots of goodies!)
