I enjoy witnessing unity and love amongst families especially between husband and wife. It’s such a beautiful thing to see. This dinner was a surprise birthday dinner for my client’s wife. She was so surprised and to have one of her favorite dinners prepared in her beautiful home definitely put the icing on the cake.🥰

I like my salmon perfectly trimmed and seasoned with our lavender lemon pepper, fresh herbs and lemons. I preheated the oven on 350 and allowed it to cook for 15-20mins max so that it remains tender and flaky. Over cooked salmon better yet frozen salmon is a strong No for me. Anywho I hope you all enjoyed your day.💕💕

Over the last month or so I’ve gained a lot of new followers and I would like to formally introduce myself to you all.

I Am Chef Rachelle, originally from Ft. Lauderdale Fla. I currently reside in the Metro Atlanta area. I’m a Believer in Christ. I’m the mother to a hardworking, handsome, good hearted 21yr old son who I love dearly.🤴🏾❤️

My business was created in March of 2018 on a Taco Tuesday, while working full time. It went from a conversation to creating my business name and then on to selling plates within 3 days. That’s how RCD was bought to life. Just like that.🤷🏾‍♀️

Building a brand in the food industry was something that I would’ve never imagined myself doing. It wasn’t a goal, I never envisioned it. However, I do believe that the gifts that I’m operating in were planted long ago from my father who was a chef in the military and also a culinary instructor for a technical school.

Over the years I’ve been reminded by family and friends of moments when I would create different dishes in their homes with limited of ingredients. I actually love taking traditional dishes and adding my creative twist to it.

I’m blessed to have this platform to share my experiences with you all and
I hope you stick around as I continue to journey through the pathways of life while building my brand/ministry. I pray that I’m a inspiration to those I’m called to. Be on the lookout creative recipes, inspirational content, YouTube videos, cookbook and so much more.

Well Hello Awe-Tober!!! This month is very special to me. I’m 25 days away from my 40th Bday and I’m expecting to be in Awe every single day this month. I’ve never celebrated my bday for the entire month but that just changed as of today. Also I’ve never had a party so I might just have one.🤷🏾‍♀️ I’ll see how that goes. However, I’m accepting all lunch, dinner, spa, hiking, walks, flights, chef collab etc invites every single day this month that my schedule permits…However, I’m looking forward to the invites… lol

Autumn is my favorite season of the year and I didn’t waste anytime creating the cozy comforting recipes for my YT channel. On the next upcoming episodes I’ll be sharing some of my favorite creative recipes like these delicious acorn squash stuffed with sweet italian sausage, and kale topped with toasted walnuts and apples.
