July 10, 2025, will always be a special day for Larry and Shenaka, as it marks the beginning of their lives together as husband and wife. Their wedding at the Riviera Ballroom in downtown Lake Geneva, WI, was a beautiful celebration of true love, surrounded by family, friends, and joy. Read this full couple review!

We loved having Sarah from Koru Ceremony as our officiant. We initially considered asking a friend to officiate our wedding, but we are very happy we went with Sarah. She was dependable, a clear and quick communicator, and very experienced. She knew all of the tricks of the trade, which a friend just wouldn’t have known (stepping out of the way for the first kiss, method for us repeating back words, logistics for walking down the aisle, method for ring exchange, etc.). We crafted our ceremony from Koru’s packet of ready-made sections for each part of the ceremony. Sarah went over it with us in detail beforehand and made all the minor tweaks that we requested. She helped us have our ceremony remain focused on us and our relationship. Sarah ran the rehearsal very well and has excellent attention to detail. She was quirky and fun, and we enjoyed it. She also provided marriage license and name change information, which was super helpful! It was a great feeling to feel solid about our ceremony and officiant. She genuinely cares about us as a couple. Sarah did a great job! We would highly recommend her to anyone!

Sara did a fabulous job capturing this wedding! I was so impressed with how the staff at Harvest Moon Pond pivoted so gracefully, moving the ceremony indoors when a wild storm rolled in just 15 minutes before guests arrived. Ben and Kameya took it all in stride and stayed so present in the moment—it was truly beautiful to witness. After the ceremony, one of the staff members even came up to me and said she had been moved to tears. Wishing this amazing couple a lifetime filled with joy and happiness!

Love was celebrated at the Historic First Lutheran Church in Middleton. As the couple kissed, the tower bell of the church rang, carrying the joy of this beautiful summer ceremony.

The couple exchanged vows surrounded by family and friends, within the rich history of a sanctuary that has witnessed generations of love and community. Rev. Shelley and Jeff,
Wow, what an amazing day you had yesterday. The space, the decor, the vendor team, and (might I say), the ceremony...it was all so perfect! Congratulations on what was a beautiful day.

I really do think the ceremony came off the way we intended it to. There were some heartfelt moments that really were emotional and great, and there were also some laughs, and guys, your vows were fantastic! I loved every minute of it.

Thank you again for allowing me to be your officiant. It was a pleasure to be able to work with you on your ceremony. I wish you nothing but the best as husband and wife.

Hannah and Nathan’s wedding at The Eloise may have been one of the most memorable weddings I’ve been a part of recently. Not only were they incredibly sweet and a joy to work with, but the breathtaking details—thanks to the magic of Cherry Blossom Events—were absolutely stunning.

And then… right in the middle of the ceremony, the power went out! No lights, no microphone—just love, laughter, and a room full of people cheering them on. Hannah and Nathan didn’t miss a beat. Their joy was contagious, and their guests leapt to their feet in celebration as they recessed down the aisle.

Looking at the photos, you’d never know the lights were out—Annika Frame Photography did a stunning job capturing every beautiful moment of the day.

"Koru did an AMAZING job at putting together our ceremony! Our guests could not stop raving about how personalized and special the ceremony was. It was truly memorable. Deciding on an officiant was one of the tougher decisions we faced during our wedding planning. We went back and forth on whether to ask a friend or hire a vendor. Pat was so personable and bubbly during our first meeting, my husband and I knew the second we hung up on the Zoom meeting that we were going to hire her. Pat was extremely easygoing and responsive to our questions and changes throughout the process. She was also a great help during our rehearsal and offered a ton of valuable tips for the wedding party. Hiring Koru was one of the best decisions we made for our wedding day."
