What the man behind Flying M Bar-B-Que is all about.
After serving 22 years in the Military you come to understand that leadership is not about attending to the needs of yourself, but serving those in your charge. Jesus gave us the same example through his life on earth. As I approached retirement, I was given a good bit of advice.......do what you love. I love serving people and cooking great BBQ. I couldn't think of a better way to do what I love than offer you a commitment to excellence in serving your food service needs. Now my "work" is great Bar-B-Que and YOU! Those 22 years were filled with a lot of sacrifice, but also with some amazing opportunities. I've traveled quite a bit and have experienced BBQ in many places and in many ways. I've assembled a collection of BBQ favorites but can't deny my Texas roots. I hope you like it.
