Sadly I have decided not to open Northern Smoke BBQ this year.

I have not decided if I will sell the food truck or not, only time will tell.

Hello everyone, I hope you’re enjoying your fall. Remember to get your turkeys this weekend. For you newbies it takes a good 3 days to unthaw a Turkey safely in a refrigerator. Also you’ll want to put a pan underneath for water.
I typically brine mine for 2-3 days so I will be unthawing this weekend.
