Sadly I have decided not to open Northern Smoke BBQ this year.
A huge thank you to everyone that has supported us through the years, it means everything!!
I have not decided if I will sell the food truck or not, only time will tell.

Well that’s a wrap Fargo! 3rd place again for this Bloody Mary Festival. Next festival is Saturday May 25th at Breezy Point in Brainerd. Let’s get some of our fans there!! Thank you to everyone that came out and tried our products today!! It was fun

CHECK IT OUT!! Tina’s cousin Nick owns Northern Smoke BBQ. He has his own line of extremely excellent seasoning/rub, BBQ sauce, and Bloody Mary mix. We love using all of these products in the restaurant and now we are selling them!! Wanna Taste? Just ask for a sample. Also, Cousin Nick is buying 10 Northern Smoke bloody Mary’s Sunday!!! Hello everyone, I hope you’re enjoying your fall. Remember to get your turkeys this weekend. For you newbies it takes a good 3 days to unthaw a Turkey safely in a refrigerator. Also you’ll want to put a pan underneath for water.

I typically brine mine for 2-3 days so I will be unthawing this weekend.

Well that’s a wrap. Thank you to each and every one of you that support us all summer long. I know there are tons of food options out there so I appreciate that you choose NSBBQ time and time again.
As I told a few of you I cooked extra pork last night. After service today we portioned it up into 2lbs and 4lbs food saver bags. $18/lbs

I am happy to announce that all three of our products (Bloody Mary mix, BBQ sauce, BBQ rub) will be available at Rusted Nail in Hamel/Medina. It’s an amazing shop full of vintage goods and furniture. If you’re into cool unique finds check out the store!
It is only a few miles down 55 off 494 for our fans closer to the cities.
