Monica is truly one of a kind in the business. She worked with me and went above and beyond to make sure I was taken care of. She would message me to check in while she was out shopping to ask if there was any last minute things I needed. I still have people talking about the food and that it was the best wedding food they had ever had. She made everything perfect for us and I can’t thank you enough. You will not be disappointed!!!! Thank you Monica for your professionalism, experienced wait staff and working with our needs. You are the best!!!!

We offer “Set-up” options for those who want to bring in their favorite restaurants food. We arrive 3 hours prior to your event start time. Per your needs we offer full setup which includes chafing dishes, plate ware, glassware, silverware, chargers, linens, and full bar setup. Regarding staff we suggest 1 server per every 25 people, our in house coordinator, and a chef to insure proper heating and service.
