Dear Valued Customers and Friends,

After many wonderful years of bringing beauty and joy to our community through flowers, the time has come for me to embark on a new chapter of life, retirement. It has been an absolute privilege to serve you, create with you, and share so many of your special moments.

As I close the doors to the shop, I do so with a heart full of gratitude for your trust, support, and friendship. The memories that we’ve made together will forever bloom in my heart. It has been an honor to serve you in the community for so long and extend our deepest gratitude for your patronage.

This news may come as a surprise, and I apologize for any inconvenience it may cause you. I have enjoyed my time in the business and would like to thank all of my customers for their loyalty and support over the last 53 years.

The closing of Jake’s on the Avenue Florist is not something I took slightly but it’s time I focus on my health and dedicate my time to my family.

Thank you for being a part of this incredible journey.
