Baby Krew’s Born to be Wild! 🦁
We of course had a personalized welcome sign, 7 foot balloon arch, metallic balloon tunnel, a gift tent as a twist for a gift table, a terrarium station for the guest to build their own terrariums as a a party favor, and a wishing well for the guests to write their well wishes for the mommy to be & Baby Krew. 🩷
The main backdrop consisted of two full arch backdrops and balloon garland, two mini accent arch walls, a 3 foot safari jeep, 6 foot zebra, and 7 foot giraffe along with the 5 set pedestal set.
I also included FOUR sets of differently designed physical invitations for the Mom to Be as well as E- Vites.

Dual Bday Party for my favorite clients Cherish and Sean 💗
Mom: Their Birthdays are so close together, Sean loves Dinosaurs and Cherish loves everything Princess.

The concept was “Imagine going toooo deep into the Louisiana Bayou (New Orleans, Princess and the Frog) … and you end up in Jurassic Park. ( Get it? ) lol
(The obvious route would’ve been to do everything green. That would’ve been typical and expected and easy)

Each child had their own Jurassic Park Badge, hard hat, and vest upon entry that they all got to take home. The entry table cloth was an actual Tarp to really take the theme seriously.

Balloon Tunnel
The aisle runner/ green carpet was actually imatation grass to match the theme.
The first bridge of the balloon tunnel was the very soft lime green color with purple vines incorporated in them (to give the feel of the Bayou and fully incorporate the Princess and the Frog aesthetic.)
As you traveled deeper into the tunnel (bayou: a marshy outlet of lake or river) it gets darker and more rustic with orange, red, and black balloons. You’ve official entered Jurassic Park where you’re greeted by a Dinousaur.

There were two full station dessert set ups/ one for the Bday Boy station and one for the Bday Princess.
Each dessert station includes multiple cake stands, dessert stands. The Princess main station set up actually had a hanging dessert swing. 🙌🏾

There were 6 table set ups; three for the Princess theme and three for the Jurassic Park theme.
There were two sets of mini Gift bags/ boxes; The Safari bags and Princess Castle boxes. That way, all the guest got to feel they walked away with a “thank you” by both the bday boy and bday girl personally. (My absolute favorite part of this party were the rose gold, textured castle princess gift boxes.)

Our PinkNudePopcornMachine also made an appearance per a special request lol.

I created 4 options for the invitations. The first two options were very neutral as to not give the theme away. The second option of the neutral invitation was personalized with a joint picture of the Bday girl and Boy. There was a dinosaur themed invitation for baby boys guests and a Princes theme invitation for baby girls guests.

Side note. We also had real live large 3 foot plants. Just a cute detail to really take the theme to the next level. 💗

This event had so many PinkNudeProps and items: Arch Backdrops, Cylinder Pedastals, a full adult size Barbie box, 4 foot Marquee number, mini pink chiavari chairs, clear Chiavari chairs (as used in weddings and special events), lowered children table for toddlers, dessert cart, 7 foot balloon arch… many of which will be available for you to rent for your next event.
My inventory is growingggggg and I could not be any more excited and proud of what’s to come!

And you guys know I have my favorite DIY for each event. This time my favorite dIY were the Trolls headbands we made for each of the kids! They were so adorable!!!!

Client/ Rebekah : I want a Winnie The Pooh theme for my Baby Shower
Me:

There are three type of Winnie The Pooh aesthetics; the classic, the bright, and the soft aesthetic.
Of course I believe in making any theme elegant and incorporating my own personal taste so I opted for the soft Winnie The Pooh.

My favorite touch was incorporating the Baby Breath flowers which is the signature of PINKNudeEvents&Photography for allllll baby events; baby showers, gender reveals, and sip and sees. And I love the softness and elegant element they brought into this theme.

Btw, y’all know I’m soooo picky and critical of everything. I absolutely despiseeeee when a professional event planner thinks it’s acceptable to put a backdrop on a wall buttttt my backdrop broke. Everything that could go wrong really did! But we managed to make it work. Thank you Monica Carrillo.
