We're proud to announce that our full feature launch is coming this month! When Puff Pass Delivery was first started in March of 2021, Colorado's social equity program was a new and promising effort to increase equitable ownership of cannabis businesses.

Unfortunately a lack of clear licensing guidelines, expensive license fees, and a lack of interest in collaboration from the old guard of the industry were incredibly damaging to the fresh social equity ecosystem.

Of the 15 original social equity transporter licensees in Denver, 11 have gone out of business. Of those 11, only 3 ever performed a delivery. Much progress has been made in fostering a more hospitable environment for social equity licensees, thanks to the efforts of coalitions such as The Color of Cannabis, Colorado Cannabis Social Equity Group, and individuals such as Regent Wanda James or our founder, Collins Buckner.

We're proud to say that upon our launch we'll be hosting the very first social equity transporter who is able to perform deliveries the day they get their final licenses and inspection approval. We've come a long way in terms of license and permit fees as well as retail collaboration.

We still have a long way to go!
