From the Baron family to yours 🤍
Every Thanksgiving inspires us to bring something new to the table, and this year, it’s a vibrant refresh of a classic: sweet potatoes.

Meet Robin’s Thanksgiving Brussels & Sweet Potato Bowl: purple + Japanese Murasaki sweet potatoes, hearty greens, and a creamy apple-maple dressing that goes on everything. Serve it warm or cold, and don’t skip the toasted crostini with goat cheese on top. Pure holiday magic.✨

Apple Maple Dressing
• 1 cup pure maple syrup
• 1 cup apple cider vinegar
• 3/4 cup olive oil
• 1/2 cup tahini (stir well before measuring)
• 2 tsp salt
• fresh black pepper
• 1 tbsp white miso
• 4 tbsp horseradish sauce
• 3/4 cup water
• 1 1/4 tbsp soy sauce

To make:
Blend all ingredients except olive oil. With the blender running, slowly drizzle in olive oil until smooth + creamy.

Roast the Potatoes
• Preheat oven to 400°
• Wash + cube potatoes (no need to peel)
• Toss with 1 tbsp cooking oil + rosemary leaves
• Roast 30–40 min until golden + caramelized
• Cool + refrigerate if prepping ahead

To serve:
Turn broiler to high.
Spread shredded brussels, radicchio + friseé on a tray.
Top with roasted potatoes + broil 8–10 min.
Transfer to a platter, drizzle with dressing, sprinkle with toasted sesame seeds.
Finish with toasted crostini topped with creamy goat cheese + enjoy! 🥗💫
