The man who started it all 💫

It’s pretty special to see our founder, Udi Baron, still hands-on and part of the magic — whether it’s in the café or with our catering team.

What began 30+ years ago as a local sandwich shop with a big dream has grown into something much more: a true community. Today, Udi’s belief in the power of good food is carried forward by our family-owned and run brands: Etai's Catering, Izzio Artisan Bakery and Izzio Central Market.
It’s what keeps us inspired every single day. 🧡

From the early mornings spent in the kitchen to the joy of seeing people gather around a table, that same love for honest, handcrafted food lives on in everything we do.
