Henna is a natural plant that leaves a brownish stain when mixed properly on skin. Make your next party interesting with henna or change up your look with a henna design. Just one of my older freestyles! Because I share a lot of Palestine content I realize a lot of my designs get pushed out of view so I'm just trying to mix and match what I share. My cousins got married in November and I held onto these little dancing handkerchiefs with no idea what to do with them. When someone asked me where to find a kuffiyeh for cats these square handkerchiefs worked perfectly!

This Friday I have an exciting new Henna Pop-up at
Gatuex has been a long time favorite of mine! I fell in love with the decor and pretty vibes the first time I walked in! This is a pop-up I'm so excited to finally do! If you have never been to Gateux, you are missing out and I highly recommend you stop by this Friday!

💖 Pop-up will be there from 4:00-8:00pm and my henna designs will be ranging from $10-$35

💖 I offer %100 natural chemical free Brown henna .

The point of this post is to say henna is not something I was good at! I wasn't an artist, I didn't draw. It probably took over an hour to create the design from 10 years ago! I probably cried midway creating it and struggled the whole way! With just a few minutes I can make these designs easily today! It took practice and time! It took consistency and building that muscle memory! It took repetition and believing in myself! I always believed if you want to do something you can do it!! The question is how bad do you want it? Are you willing to put in the time to do it? Next time you try a new hobby and fail, remember we all fail at first! Try again!

When @sabrina_alay requested to be surprised I did not expect her to request a blindfold to hide the whole process! It was an incredible honor to be trusted so much! She allowed me to create for her without any hesitation! This might be the bravest person I have ever done henna on! This henna session was during my @gateauxpatisserie_ henna popup and I might bring a blindfold with me for the future popups! Would you want a blindfolded henna surprise?

Since I began doing henna, I always used it to share the messages that mattered to me! When something matters to me, I would say it with my henna! I would wear that message as a reminder to myself and others! There are a lot of things that matter to me and I haven't made designs for everything! Although we are in America we hold tight to our traditions cultured and values. My cousin had 2 henna parties and this is the first one! I have always loved henna parties.
