Wheats growing good, the creeks cleaned up, almost done with the 4 tanks and then it’ll be time to plant sesame and sunflowers. Trying to utilize the land as much as possible!

**NEW PROPERTY for 2024*

We just recently closed on another 250 acres, 10 minutes from Seco Creek, off I-35s in Moore, Texas! This video is from November, but since then, we have transformed the property into a dove hunting oasis for the 2024 season. 100 acres of wheat has been planted and 100 acres of sunflowers will be planted soon, 80 of those under a pivot. The property has 5 tanks and the Black Creek running through it.

With this property and other land acquired, Seco Creek Dove Hunts will have 400+ acres of sunflowers, 200+ acres of wheat and a pivot of sesame, all within 10-25 minutes of Seco Creek AND our other location, the 1000-acre Flores Ranch in Pearsall, Texas.

Small winter group came in and hammered the birds!

With this 2nd season winding down, we’re already prepping for next season. We’re adding a new 3,000sqft lodge with 4 bedrooms and 4 bathrooms that will be able to house 24+ hunters and guests; we’ve also purchased/aquired hundreds of acres of more land that we’re prepping right now for wheat, sunflowers and sesame. 2024 is gonna be a good one!

One of our sesame pivots; this one is at the Flores Ranch in Pearsall and we have another 50 acre sesame pivot at our new property in Moore. We advertise over 850 acres of sunflowers, sesame and wheat because that’s exactly what we have. And over 90% of that is our personal land. That is not counting another 120 acre property in Devine that we purchased for the 2025-2026 season. Whether you book with us or not, we encourage everyone to ask their outfitter specific questions about the acreage that they advertise.
