At Lena’s, we often talk about teamwork and family—and no one exemplifies that better than Greg Huffman. While many know him as co-owner of Lena’s, what most don’t see is his incredible leadership behind the scenes.

Greg has a brilliant mind for the restaurant business. Over his career which spans more than 25 years in corporate restaurant management, he’s earned national service awards for turning around distressed restaurants and helping them flourish. His approach? Leading by example. You’ll find him on the line every night, working alongside our team, teaching, and developing their skills.

He always says Heather is the face of Lena’s, but Greg is truly the heart of our operations. His passion, hard work, and dedication inspire us all. Lena’s wouldn’t be what it is without him, and we’re so thankful for his vision and leadership.
