For the past several months leaders within the community have been working together to develop, organize, plan and kick off a new community betterment initiative to be called One
Seminole.

The official kickoff date for the OneSeminole Campaign will be announced in the new year, but in the meantime, the committee needs your help. Scan the QR code pictured at right, compete the survey, and give us your thoughts.

The OneSeminole initiative has been developed to be a group effort to bring a spirit of collaboration, vision and action towards achieving the shared goals of the entire Seminole County community.

The initiative’s mission is to serve as a catalyst for positive growth by bringing public sector partners, businesses and industries, the faith community, and the nonprofit sector, together to facilitate positive development, economic opportunity, and an enjoyable quality of life for all Seminole County residents and visitors.
OneSeminole efforts will focus on four areas:

1.) Beautification and pride
2.) Economic growth and sustainability
3.) Next generation workforce - youth / young adult leadership engagement, planning and building for the future by focusing on opportunities to stay at home and grow your career here with broader access to jobs, employment, etc.
4.) Sense of place and placemaking that includes housing and cultural activities, quality of life, etc.

We are so proud of Abigail Grantham. She is such an amazing and beautiful young lady. She is beautiful inside and out. We are super excited to be a sponsor of the miss Seminole County Pageant. We know that Abigail will do great things and we cannot wait to meet all of the beautiful contestants.

I am feeling beyond blessed today! After 2 1/2 years of hard work and long hours, The Osceola Hotel is actually going to be open for business next week. We have two large suites, two mini suites and 4 hotel rooms. God has been so good to us. We haven’t even advertised and we already have five of the eight rooms booked for Wednesday and Thursday of next week.
