It was a busy weekend, on Saturday we provided 10 racks of ribs, 15 lbs of pull pork and 25 pieces of smoked chicken for a birthday party. Just got this text from the customer this morning after following up to make sure they were satisfied with our service. Our goal is to be voted the best BBQ in Virginia. We are striving for greatness. Our signature BBQ sauce is making a name for itself. Now on to delivering Sundays orders after a second over night cooking.

You have been asking when we would be cooking again so, your personal BBQ chef will be hosting our first smoking event of the year on the weekend of March 4th. We will be taking pre-orders for pickup or delivery either Saturday, March 4th or Sunday, March 5th. Just let us know what time you would like your order to be ready. We will have ribs, chicken, brisket, pull pork BBQ, pull chicken BBQ and smoked turkey legs available.

Sides will include mac and cheese, our signature brisket baked beans, green beans, coleslaw, potato salad, and hushpuppies.

We have just finished today's event and we have a few racks of ribs still available so we are offering a post "Black Friday" sale. Full racks are $20 and 1/2 racks are just $10. Large sides are $5. Pull pork is $10 for 1lbs and $5 for 1/2 pound. We have Mac & Cheese and our signature brisket baked beans. Free delivery is available in Hanover County today or tomorrow. Get while we got them!!! Have a safe holiday!!!

Orders are in and the first round of briskets and pork shoulders are 5 hours in on a 16 hour smoke. Ribs, turkey legs, and smoked chicken orders hit the grills in the morning. Thanks again for the support. It is going to be a busy night and morning.

It has been a long winter, but we are gearing up for spring and summer. 3 briskets just went into the smoker. BBQ pulled pork, ribs and smoked chicken going on in the morning.
