Hey Family!

FALLTACULAR is 2 months away!

On behalf of Eddie Young and the Registration Team (the folks who do rooming assignments) I just wanted to give you a quick REMINDER. There are still a few rooms remaining for this year's retreat for anyone that still wants to attend.

Secondly, we address special requests for accommodations on a FIRST COME FIRST SERVED basis. Those who have paid IN FULL are accommodated according to the date of their full payment. The deadline to have your trip PAID IN FULL was September 15th.
WE WILL EXTEND THE DEADLINE FOR THOSE WHO NEED EXTRA TIME

If you're a part of a group and some of your group members have still not paid their balance, PLEASE encourage them to do so NOW. Otherwise they may cause the group to be split up!

1) What is Falltacular?
Falltacular is a 4 day cabin retreat in The Smoky Mountains (Pigeon Forge, TN). The weekend consist of 14 events which include parties, workshops, live entertainment, cabin parties, outdoor activities and much more.

2) Cost Breakdown:
$695 for 1 person in a room with private bathroom

$625 per person for Private 1 Bedroom Cabin for 2 people. (Shared King or Queen Bed

$575 per person for 2 people in a room (Each person have their own bed)

$495 per person 2 people in a queen or king bed (shared bed)

$425 per person 3 or 4 people in a room (2 Queen beds)

$425 per person for Bunk Bed (4 or more people in a room)

3) What does the cost include?
Cabin Lodging, Breakfast and Dinner, All Parties ,open bar at some Falltacular events, workshops and entrance to ALL Falltacular events throughout the weekend.

4)What if I am coming alone?
Approximately 25 percent of people attending Falltacular come alone. Falltacular is a great opportunity to meet and network with other quality people. Many new friendships have been formed at Falltacular.

5) What if I am travelling with a group? Can we stay in the same cabin?
We have 2 to 14 bedroom cabins that can accommodate groups. Cabins are assigned based upon when ALL parties in your group have made their initial deposit. There are a limited amount of larger cabins available.

6)Do couples attend Falltacular?
Alot of couples attend Falltacular. In fact, several cabins have been designated specifically for couples.

7)How are cabins and rooms assigned?
Cabins and rooms are assigned based upon when you make your initial deposit. The earlier you make your deposit the more likely you are to receive your first preference in room type and cabin preference.

8) What are the nearest airports?
Knoxville, TN Airport (45 minute drive)
Atlanta Hartsfield Jackson Airport (3 half hr drive)

9) what are the theme Parties?
Toga Party, White T-Shirt Party, Pandoras Box Party and The Rennaisance Party (Black and Silver)
Charlotte Airport (3 half hr drive)
