Here you can take a breather, toast with your favorite people, sign your marriage license, and take it all in before you do photos and the party begins!
If that doesn’t sound like your vibe, we can make other accommodations. All we know is receiving lines are out and they kill your precious time. We also know it’s been a long day and you need a drink, and delicious food.

Ok… How about right ON SITE?!?
Old Drovers Inn and the Carriage House, two renovated historic buildings with vintage furnishings and modern amenities, sit on the property and across the street from the Preston Barn.
Old Drovers can sleep 12 with the 6 bedrooms, each with their own bathroom, and common areas for guests to hang out together or get ready for the wedding day. Includes Gables 2, our original bridal suite.
The Carriage House can sleep 14 with 5 bedrooms/bathrooms, plus a suite with 2 bedrooms (one with 2 twin beds) and common area (a favorite for a grooms suite or bridal suite). The cleopatra room is also popular among our couples because it has a private balcony and clawfoot tub!

Well, THAT was weird... Remember this time three years ago? When we could only do small weddings and our couples had to live stream their ceremonies and see their extended family via Zoom!
This couple embraced it and went all out! Thanks to their dream team of vendors and an awesome venue 😉 they still had a gorgeous wedding day full of fun, good food, dancing, and they even had a "movie night" after party.
Micro weddings are great, Pandemic or not (we prefer not, please and thank you)! With our large spaces and options, you can create your dreamy intimate wedding in our secluded site, and ALL of your guests can stay on-site or nearby!

With the Preston Barn, you are free to rent anything you’d like even though we provide top of the line furnishings and table settings that will fit any decor and style. We definitely love a good vintage lounge and colorful glassware! Our menus are customizable as our chefs and bartenders are extremely talented, flexible, and creative. Your use of the space is also flexible. Prefer your ceremony in the open lawn rather than the shady wooded area? No problem. Unique floor plan idea? Great! We’ll work with you to create the ideal setup. We love making every wedding one-of-a-kind. No cookie-cutter weddings here!
