I’m Abi. :)

I’m obsessed with storytelling. People boldly and vulnerably sharing their stories has changed my life. I believe everyone has a story to tell and I love listening to yours.

Life is so much more than polished or beautiful. There’s no beauty without pain. There’s no redemption without hard. I love documenting depth. Raw. Real. Candid.

I feel beyond blessed to have been writing + photographing stories for Dripping Springs City Lifestyle for over a year now. The relationships formed over hearing your stories, photographing them, writing, and sharing with our community means the world to me.

You’re never “just a brand” or “just another family” — there’s a story behind everyone with triumph, failure, tragedy, hope, choice to change, saying, “on my watch, this generational curse stops here. I’m changing the world my children and their children will experience.”

I see you and honor your sacrifice. You matter. Your story matters.

Generations will look back and what will they see of you? Photos are so important to document the season you’re in. To look back and see growth. Your future family. History. How will you be remembered?

dear best coffee shop in the world,

I’m a little biased but you’re my favorite, Mazama Coffee. In the heart of downtown Dripping Springs, your walls have seen my friends and me laugh, our tears, and dreams born over coffee convos.

Your vibes are SECOND TO NONE. Spacious but cozy + outdoor seating. A moody dimly lit side room where I’ve trained my brain to be mad productive.

Your coffee is rich and full. While every item on the menu is my favorite, your lavender latte (house-made syrup, yes) will always have my heart. And the bacon-swiss frittata.

Lori Green and the team have created a space for gathering + building community. Never go away, Mazama. We love you and are grateful!

Here are my tips for your next Montana trip! 1. Stay at @wonderstoneusa in Columbia Falls, MT! Centrally located and minutes away from Glacier National Park, Wonderstone is a thoughtfully designed sleek, minimalist lodge. Their staff are so kind and helpful! Falling into their comfy beds after a long day of hiking and biking was a dream — each bed with luxurious cotton. I couldn’t get over how intentionally designed everything was in the room from pillows to accent walls!  2. Bike the Going-to-the-Sun road in Glacier National Park! The roads don’t open to vehicle traffic until late May/early June, but when they do, the roads are packed. Skip the crowds and enjoy the fresh air the entire way up. We rented e-bikes from @goodtimessupplycompany.  3. Go for two or more days! We went back a second day and hiked the Upper McDonald Creek Trail — best choice ever! Once we got to an outlook, we stayed for a long time and never wanted to leave. What an amazing place to worship Jesus!   4. Visit Whitefish. Only minutes from Wonderstone, Whitefish is such a fun down with lots of fun shops, drinks, and food! My faves: Drinks: @blackstarmontana  Shop: @themontanascene Coffee: @folklorecoffeewhitefish Breakfast: @wildcoffeecompany  5. Pack an extra set of mittens for your bike ride down the mountain! We packed bear spray, water, snacks, film and polaroid cameras, and wore an extra pair of leggings. It was SO worth it and one of the most beautiful places I’ve ever experienced!
