Hi, I would like to welcome everyone to Dublin Georgia's newest Premier Event Space Rental. We are looking forward to servicing Laurens and surrounding Counties for all of your special occasion needs. We are currently open for business and expect to do more upgrades as the year progresses. We offer over 2,000 square feet of event space with currently 2 sides divided by a partial wall with entry points at the front and back of room. So whether you want to throw a small wedding/reception in the same location, an art show, dance class, business meeting, conferences, studio sessions, bridal shower, birthday party, bat mitzvah, anniversary celebration, memorial service, etc., we have you covered. We offer hourly, daily and weekly rates.
We are located in prime retail space within a 2 mile radius to restaurants, grocery stores, retail shopping, convenience stores, general stores and a mall with easy highway access and well lit parking. We are able to accommodate up to 99 people seated dinner style (if both sides are used) or 70 on one side with ample room for photo areas, gift tables, food tables, DJ and more! We have a full prep area with counter space, storage racks, refrigerators and a deep freezer. We also have an intimate lounge area and 2 handicap accessible restrooms. There is also covered parking for vender loading and unloading in the back or VIP parking.
For daily rentals, access is allowed as early as 7am on the day of your event but must be cleaned and exited by 1am. Facility is cleaned and thoroughly sanitized after each event according to Health and Wellness guidelines and Covid Standards.
