Due to unforeseen construction issues, the office will be closed this afternoon and possibly tomorrow. We will have staff in the office tomorrow at 11 am if you have an urgent need.

Great news! The first phase of construction at the La Plata County Fairgrounds and Event Center is going to be completed very soon, and we will be ready to welcome you back!

📅 Reopening Date: Monday, November 24th
⏰ Hours: 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM, Monday through Friday

Please note:
🦃 Due to the Thanksgiving holiday, our offices will be closed November 27th & 28th.
We will reopen again on December 1st.

📣 Holiday Closure Notice 📣

The La Plata County Fairgrounds and Event Center, and the Colorado State University Extension-La Plata County offices will be closed for Thanksgiving on November 27th and 28th. We will reopen on December 1st.
(The CSU Extension office is closed for the holiday for the entire week, from November 24th-28th.)
