Rob Lamm has been a self-employed heavy equipment owner and operator, initially starting his career in Hawaii before relocating to Durango. Over the decades, Rob has specialized in creating farms, a pursuit that has not only fulfilled his professional ambitions but also enriched his personal life through the lasting friendships he has formed with his clients. After a rewarding career in heavy equipment operation, Rob’s evolving interests and physical cues have inspired him to embark on a new professional journey. Combining his passion for vintage trucks from the 1930s to 1950s, and his love for music and dance, Rob founded the Boot Leg Stage Co. This new venture aims to harness the connective power of music to unite people. At the heart of his mission is the belief that music events are a conduit for harmony and a means for lyrics to resonate deeply and meaningfully. A peacemaker by nature, Rob is committed to supporting and promoting Durango’s rich pool of musical talent. Through his efforts, he hopes to encourage the proliferation of music events that bring people together, fostering community and shared experiences
