Sage & Swift Gourmet Catering has been in the Triangle area for over 20 years serving the area and University Communities. Amy Tornquist started the company in 1993 after studying and working in Paris for 3 years. She was one of the first to embrace Farm Fresh to the Table ideology, ordering locally whenever possible and helping to sustain area farms and vendors. We also implement Eco-friendly pra

ctices from biodegradable disposable products to the purchasing power of local sustainable foods. Our menus reflect an exciting combination of the traditional and the new. We have prepared every kind of food imaginable, from light vegetarian hors d'oeuvres to rich desserts, from old-fashioned southern picnic dishes to elaborate multi-course French dinners.

~ Bourbon barbecued shrimp with chili lime aioli and homemade tortilla crisps
~ Moroccan spiced salmon served with harissa and pineapple salsa, with grilled bread on the side for spreading
~ Fried zucchini blossoms stuffed with herbed got cheese, with a tomato and caramelized onion compote
~ “Pork and Clams” – Cold poached clams, pork jowl, Asian peanut slaw, ginger-scallion dressing, and housemade sriracha, served on the half-shell
~ Mini cheddar scones filled with smoked local chicken and balsamic corn relish
~ Crostini with herbed shallot and baby butterbean puree
~ Artichoke pancakes with goat cheese and chives
~ Vegetable pakoras with a cilantro cream dipping sauce
~ Southern antipasto platter with pimento cheese, country ham, and marinated vegetables with toast points
~ Fried green tomatoes with a dollop of early summer crab salad
