Amy Tornquist started the company in 1993 after studying and working in Paris for 3 years. She was one of the first to embrace Farm Fresh to the Table ideology, ordering locally whenever possible and helping to sustain area farms and vendors. We also implement Eco-friendly pra
ctices from biodegradable disposable products to the purchasing power of local sustainable foods. Our menus reflect an exciting combination of the traditional and the new. We have prepared every kind of food imaginable, from light vegetarian hors d'oeuvres to rich desserts, from old-fashioned southern picnic dishes to elaborate multi-course French dinners.
