Hello everyone! We are just six days away from the Bite of Seattle, and we couldn't be more excited and nervous as this is our first year participating in the event. Mother's day is approaching still thinking what to get for your mom or wife? Why not fill her tummy with something healthy?
1. Phan pa fish wrap- Grilled fish with a bed of fresh herbs, lettuces, cucumbers, shallots, fried peppers, noodles, two type of sauces.
2. Nam khao lettuce wrap- a bowl of nam khao, eggrolls, lettuces, fresh herbs, peanuts, fried peppers.
$90 per platter. Each platters is enough for 5 or 6 people. If order two or more I can offer discount.

Happy new year 2024 everyone! Hope everyone is off to a good start.
It's been confirmed we will be a food vendor at Tet in Seattle this year on 2/3-2/4 at Seattle Center where we had our Hmong New Year. I believe this is a Vietnamese new year, we were invited back on 2022 to attend as a vendor for 2023 but due to other obligations we weren't able to then so decided to join them this year. Please come to support us there on those two days.
As we all come to close 2023 I want to take this opportunity to thank everyone that supported us. May the new year a blessing year for everyone.
