Ok folks I need your help, seriously…. My truck insurance went from $265 a month to $303 a month. A $453 year increase, no wrecks, no speeding tickets, I have taken the driver’s course for lower rates. Who do you have yours with, need good recommendations please. Got to find something cheaper….

This whole immunity situation is so sad and really scary!! Does it mean that a president can do what he wants and say that it’s official business. I think the supreme court’s really screwed up on this one… just saying, at this point Biden could say that Trump is a treat to democracy and have him taken out … Then what!!! Just saying the Supreme Court made a huge mistake… if Trump get into office he could change the laws, call it an executive order and say it was official business, then what. If this law was in affect when Nixon was in office he would have gotten away with everything. Is this what we really want…

Update,
I am still in the hospital, my potassium keeps dropping. So they are trying to get it back to where it should be and trying to find out why it’s dropping. So please continue to say a prayer for me. I am ready to get out of here and cook some food and see my Molly!!!

Good morning if you guys would please say a prayer for me. I went to the doctor for pre-op yesterday for my up coming surgery. Well things didn’t go as planned and I was admitted to the hospital. My surgery has been postponed until I can get my blood work straightened out. So if you would please say a prayer for for me. Thanks in advance!!!

Good morning everyone, as of right now I am scheduled to have a total reverse shoulder replacement next Friday the 28th of June. Please say a prayer for me that the surgery will go as planned, the pain can be unreal at times. This will take place on my dominant arm( yes I am a lefty), but I want to get it done so I will have time to recover and be ready for the holidays.

I am scheduled for my total reverse replacement shoulder surgery on the 28th of June.

I have been putting it off posting about it but I just left the doctor’s office. I have been having trouble with my left shoulder for sometime now and about four months ago I fell and landed on. Well I have a full -thickness tear(3.1x3.0 cm) of the distal supraspinatus tendon . There is glenohumeral arthritis with marginal osteophyteformation. I also have bone spurs and bone on bone.

Long story short I have to have a total reverse shoulder replacement. He said it was the best answer for everything thing that is going on with my shoulder and the recovery would be better and quicker.

I will take care of all orders for June and the first week of July, but after that I will be taking a few weeks off for recovery. I want to go ahead and have it done so I can be ready for the holidays. And knowing me two weeks out and I will be baking a cake hear and there. If you need anything before the first week of July book now.

Also I would appreciate all the prayers for a quick recovery…. Thank you in advance!!!

It’s been a busy, yesterday and today I produced the following, to be ready for an event tomorrow.
4- Thin Layer Chocolate Cakes
4- Thin Layer Caramel Cakes
3- Red Velvet Cakes
3- Ley Lime Cakes
3- Strawberry Cakes
3- Lemon Blueberry Cakes

Not bad for two days work, plus packaged and sent out 122 magazines, and started packing supplies for a wedding for this coming Saturday!!! Later this week a big wedding cake plus food for the wedding.

CHEF- $2,800 dollars to feed 50 people

CLIENT – That’s too expensive for this job!
CHEF – How much do you think it should cost?

CLIENT – $800 max! It’s a simple job!
CHEF – I can’t do the job for so little.

CLIENT – People in your line of work wants to make a huge profit!
CHEF– I’m sorry you feel this way. Why don’t you do the job?

CLIENT – But, but, I don’t know how to do any of that.
CHEF – For $900, I can teach you everything you need to know to do the job. You can then use $800 to do the job, and you’re still saving $1,100. Also, you will obtain all the knowledge and the experience for the next time you need to do this job.

CLIENT – Deal!
CHEF – Great! To start, you need to buy decor/display and food warmers. You will need a knife kit, menu options, food supply, recipes and skill.

CLIENT – But, I don’t have any of those things or the experience and I can’t buy all that for just one job!
CHEF – Ok. I can rent you my knife kit and display setup equipment for another $300. You’re still saving $800.

CLIENT – That’s cutting my savings, but I will rent your equipment.
CHEF – Perfect! I’ll be back Saturday and we can start.

CLIENT – Wait! I can’t Saturday. I only have time today.
CHEF– I’m sorry, I only teach others on Saturdays. I have to prioritize my time and my equipment needs to be in other jobs I have during the week.

CLIENT – Ok then. I will sacrifice my family’s plans on Saturday.
CHEF– Right, me too! Oh, I forgot. If you’re going to do the job yourself, you need to buy the food. There’s a high demand nowadays, so your best bet is to get a truck and be at the chef store by 7am before other chefs and restaurant owners get there.

CLIENT – AT SEVEN IN THE MORNING? On Saturday? That’s too early for me. I don’t even have a truck!
CHEF– I guess you’ll have to rent one. By the way, do you have some helpers to help you load the truck?

CLIENT – You know what? I’ve been thinking. Probably is better for you to do the job. It’s better to pay you to do the job right and not having to go through all that hassle.
CHEF – Good thinking. Sign here and let me get to work.

Visiting all 50 states was probably on somebody’s bucket list, but studies show that out of 50 states, 8 is the average number most people have visited. Sadly, many never leave the state in which they were born. Put an X by all the states you have been to. Put a XX where you have lived. Passing through an airport counts--but flying over doesn't.
