🍕✨ **Mission: Find the Best Cheese Pizza in New York – Stop #1: New Park Pizza!** ✨🍕

Today, my wife and I set out on an exciting culinary adventure to Queen’s own New Park Pizza, a spot that’s been a local favorite for over 60 years! After hearing raving recommendations from multiple friends claiming it’s the best pizza in the area, I was ready to put it to the test.

Walking into New Park, you immediately feel the vibrant energy of the community. It's buzzing with families, friends, and pizza lovers alike, all eagerly awaiting their slices of heaven. The aroma of freshly baked pizza fills the air, and it’s clear why this place has stood the test of time.

Now, let's talk about the cheese pizza. While it was fresh and hot, I was hoping for a little more pizzazz. The crust, though soft and chewy, didn’t have that satisfying crispiness I crave, and I found myself wishing for a bit more sauce to enhance the flavor. Don’t get me wrong, it’s definitely good pizza, but I’m giving it a 7.4 – a solid score, but not quite the pizza perfection I’m on the hunt for!

But hold onto your hats, because the Sicilian pizza was where things really took off! 🍕🔥 It was nothing short of fire! Thick, golden crust, perfectly balanced with rich sauce and gooey cheese – it was a slice of dreaminess that I just couldn’t resist. I’m giving the Sicilian a well-deserved 8.1, and I’d recommend it to anyone who walks through those doors.

In a city where pizza is practically a religion, New Park Pizza has earned its place in the pizza pantheon. Whether you’re a local or just visiting, be sure to stop by and see what the hype is all about. Who knows? You might just find yourself on a pizza pilgrimage like me!

Well, we have the next best thing: Trax BBQ! If you're a BBQ lover in Central Indiana, you absolutely have to check it out! As a chef, I truly appreciate their innovative menus and specials, but what really sets them apart is their incredible attention to detail.

Anyone can throw some meat on a smoker, but real barbecue is an art form, and Trax has mastered it! Every bite of their brisket and pork reflects the hours of care and dedication that go into perfecting each dish, infused with delicious smoke that you can genuinely taste.

🌟 As we close this chapter of Lil Miss Holly Q’s in Madison County, we want to take a moment to express our heartfelt gratitude to all our supporters, fans, and friends. The memories we've created together are truly unforgettable, and we've had the privilege of meeting some of the most incredible people along the way!

It has been an honor to give back to such a wonderful community. While it's unfortunate how things have ended, let’s remember that the truth always comes to light. God is good all the time!

🌟 Review for Sunshine and Cinnamon Café 🌟

SunShine & Cinnamon Cafe holds a special place in my heart as it was the very first restaurant my wife and I visited when we moved to Elwood. As a preacher's grandson, breakfast has always been a cherished tradition for me, and I tend to compare every business's biscuits and gravy to my grandmother's recipe. So far, I haven't found anyone who can match her gravy—until I tried the Mikey at Sunshine and Cinnamon!

The Mikey is a breakfast lover's dream: two huge, house-made fluffy biscuits smothered in decadent gravy, served alongside perfectly fried Yukon gold potatoes, two perfectly cooked eggs, and a sausage patty—all for just $13! The portion is so generous that it's definitely big enough to share.

Shy, the owner, baker, head cook, and all-around wonder woman, is as kind as they come. She makes every guest feel welcome and at home. I've even had them cater breakfast for my office in Muncie, and let’s just say, I can’t resist sneaking in a slice of their delicious banana cream pie whenever I get the chance!

If you're looking for a warm atmosphere, friendly service, and mouthwatering breakfast, Sunshine and Cinnamon Café is a must-visit! ☀️🍳🥧

🌟 Review for Maranatha Coffee Co. 🌟

Maranatha Coffee Co. is exactly what Madison County has been missing! They roast all their coffees in-house, ensuring you get the freshest and best quality brews. Whether you prefer a light roast with a caffeine kick or a rich, dark roast, you’ll quickly forget about Starbucks!

The shop is beautifully designed, creating a warm and homey atmosphere that’s perfect for families. The staff, including the owners, are incredibly knowledgeable about coffee and its origins, and they genuinely love what they do. My wife and I were struck by their authentic kindness and the way their faith shines through in their service.

I highly recommend trying the Martha dark roast espresso—it’s simply delightful! They also offer a fantastic selection of specialty drinks and an extensive menu of their own roasted blends and single-origin coffees.

If you’re looking for quality coffee served with a smile in a welcoming environment, Maranatha Coffee Co. is a must-visit! ☕💛

We’re back in the kitchen, rolling up our sleeves to test new recipes and put our unique spin on some classic favorites! Today, I want to give a special shout-out to a cherished gem in downtown Phoenix: **Mrs. White’s Golden Rule Café**, a beloved spot since 1964. Her cozy, home-cooked soul food has inspired so many dishes in my kitchen!

Today, I’m thrilled to introduce you to **Mrs. White’s Loaded Quesadilla**! 🌮✨ It all starts with a 12-inch tortilla, filled with a delicious blend of cheddar, provolone, and super stretchy mozzarella. We then pile on our chopped brisket, classic mac ’n cheese, stewed collard greens, and finish it off with Mike’s hot honey pickled onions for that perfect kick!

This new recipe is definitely making its way into our **Alchemy and Smoke: Elevated BBQ** lineup!

P.S. Apologies for the plating—our kitchen is a bit packed up at the moment, but the flavor is still on point! Can’t wait for you all to try it!

To our amazing community, we want to express our heartfelt thanks for your support throughout the last 2 years. Your love, encouragement, and loyalty mean the world to us. 💕

We've heard rumors and gossip, but let's set the record straight - they're far from the truth! We won't engage in the he said she said game. Instead, we'll focus on doing the next right thing, every time. The truth always comes to light. ⚖️

We recently had the pleasure of dining at Yamato Elwood , and it was a delightful experience from start to finish. The interior of the restaurant has been beautifully updated, creating a clean and modern atmosphere that feels warm and inviting. It's definitely a step above other dining establishments in town.

For our main courses, I ordered the steak and veggie yakisoba, which was a delightful combination of tender steak, ample noodles, and well seasoned vegetables. My wife opted for the steak hibachi and couldn't stop raving about the amazing onion soup. Each dish showcased the restaurant's commitment to using fresh ingredients and achieving a harmonious balance of flavors.

Yamato Japanese Steakhouse has quickly become our favorite restaurant in Elwood, earning a well-deserved rating of 8.2 out of 10. From the contemporary ambiance to the fresh and delicious food, this place is a must-visit.
