As the only daughter of a former Chargé d'Affaires and veteran U.S. Foreign Service Officer of the Consular Corp,
Sidney is no stranger to entertaining groups of dignitaries hosted by her father, while her mother orchestrated a staff charged with catering to discerning palates. That experience gave her sharply honed skills for planning and executing elegant events, designing exceptional menus and taking care of the fine details. With more than 20+ years of experience and education in the hospitality and conference planning industries, in the late 80s she began a highly regarded catering and event planning business serving the New York, New Jersey and Connecticut area. After moving to Atlanta in 2007 Sidney began planning destination reunions for fellow alum of her alma mater in Caracas, Venezuela while obtaining a culinary degree at the International Culinary School at the Art Institute of Atlanta in 2011. Her experience was then bumped up a notch when she was offered an internship at Starwood’s illustrious St. Regis Hotel in Atlanta and later Wolfgang Puck Catering. Alongside our cladsically trained and professional staff we log hundreds of service hours weekly to finesse the thousands of details that go it to our catering services. We're proud to say we have entertained Atlanta’s "Who’s who?" from party planning an intimate dinner for 2, a gala affair for 500 or a gathering for 2,000 including setup and breakdown.
