Check out these GORGEOUS floral creations by Thistle and Bone - uncommon floral and botanic design from a vow renewal celebration planned by MAXevent earlier this fall. They could not have matched my client's vision more perfectly than they did - and Ali Rosa could not have done a better job photographing them.

If you recall, Ali Rosa Photography did my brand photography last year, and she also does newborn photography. I mean come on...what can't Ali do with a camera!?

Hey there fellow holiday enthusiasts! So, picture this... You decide to host a holiday bash at home after that fun article you saw in Martha Stewart Living... (do we need to insert a spoiler alert?)

Detective Work: Hours spent on Pinterest for decoration ideas alone, you realize too late that turning your home into a winter wonderland requires more than just a few snowflakes on the windows. Let's not forget the glitter explosion that left the cat a walking disco ball.

Master Chef (Not): A trial run of holiday recipes transforms the kitchen into a culinary war zone. You're not sure what Rachael Ray has that you don't, but now the painful quest for an available caterer begins.

DIY Disaster: As guests arrive at your party, you realize you've forgotten about crucial details and people are noticing! From missing bottle openers to a toilet paper shortage and a playlist that won't stay playing, you find yourself frantically trying to catch up before the food burns instead of enjoying time with your guests.

Truth is, you won't see a lot of the events I've planned in my social media history.

Truth is, I'm horrible about taking photos during events, and even worse about remembering to post when I do.

Truth is, when I do manage to grab some photos, I never think they do justice to the real thing.

When I take on full-service planning clients (which I rarely have time for these days), I am 100% there for my clients and strive to make their special day as magical as they dream it will be. Rain couldn't put a damper on this day, and Celina and Brian's 10 year vow renewal was everything they wanted and more!
