🍽️ 6 DELICIOUS DINNER RECIPES
1. Cajun Shrimp & Chicken Pasta
Ingredients:
250 g fettuccine
250 g shrimp, peeled
250 g chicken breast, sliced
200 ml heavy cream
2 tbsp butter
2 garlic cloves, minced
1 tbsp Cajun seasoning
40 g parmesan cheese
Salt & black pepper
Instructions:
Cook the pasta and set aside.
Season the chicken and shrimp with Cajun seasoning.
Cook the chicken in butter until golden, then remove.
Cook the shrimp for 2–3 minutes per side and remove.
In the same pan, sauté garlic, add cream and parmesan, and cook until slightly thickened.
Return the pasta, chicken, and shrimp to the pan and toss well.

2. Blackened Chicken Alfredo
Ingredients:
250 g fettuccine
2 chicken breasts
200 ml heavy cream
2 tbsp butter
2 garlic cloves, minced
50 g parmesan
1 tbsp blackened seasoning
Salt & black pepper
Instructions:
Cook the pasta and reserve.
Season the chicken with blackened seasoning.
Cook in a hot pan until darkened outside and juicy inside, then slice.
In the same pan, melt butter, cook garlic, add cream and parmesan.
Stir until smooth and creamy.
Toss with pasta and top with sliced chicken.

3. Slow-Cooked Ribs with Whiskey Glaze
Ingredients:
1 rack pork ribs (800 g–1 kg)
2 tbsp mustard or oil
1 tbsp paprika
1 tsp garlic powder
1 tsp onion powder
Salt & black pepper
150 g BBQ sauce
2 tbsp whiskey-style glaze or honey
Instructions:
Rub the ribs with mustard or oil.
Mix the seasonings and coat the ribs well.
Cover and bake low and slow until tender.
Mix BBQ sauce with glaze or honey and brush over the ribs.
Bake uncovered until sticky and caramelized.
⏱ Time: 2.5–3 hours
🔥 Oven: 150–160°C (300–320°F)
4. Chipotle Yucatan Chicken Salad
Ingredients:
2 grilled chicken breasts, sliced
1 avocado, sliced
100 g mixed greens
50 g mixed shredded cheese
80 g cherry tomatoes
40 g tortilla strips
2 tbsp dressing
Salt & black pepper
Instructions:
Season and grill the chicken, then slice it.
Arrange greens in a large bowl.
Add avocado, tomatoes, cheese, and tortilla strips.
Top with warm grilled chicken.
Drizzle with dressing and serve.
⏱ Time: 12–15 minutes
5. Churrasco Plate
Ingredients:
1 skirt steak or churrasco cut (about 8 oz / 225 g)
1 tbsp oil
2 garlic cloves, minced
Juice of 1/2 lime
Salt & black pepper
2 side dishes of your choice
Instructions:
Season the steak with garlic, lime juice, salt, pepper, and oil.
Let rest for 20–30 minutes.
Grill or sear over high heat until nicely browned.
Let it rest, then slice against the grain.
Serve with two sides.
⏱ Time: 10–12 minutes cooking
6. Grilled Salmon with Vegetables
Ingredients:
2 salmon fillets (500–600 g total)
2 tbsp olive oil
2 garlic cloves, minced
Juice of 1/2 lemon
Salt & black pepper
250 g mixed vegetables
Instructions:
Season the salmon with olive oil, garlic, lemon, salt, and pepper.
Grill or pan-cook for 4–5 minutes per side.
Sauté or roast the vegetables until tender.
Serve the salmon hot with the vegetables on the side.
