It is with broken hearts that we share the news of the passing of our beloved donkey Gus. It is hard to put into words how loving and special he was. He has left a hole in our hearts and will be missed so much.

Woodrow and Clara. Morning nap time.

Jesus led his followers into Jerusalem riding on the back of a small, common donkey. That donkey followed Jesus to Calvary and stood in the shadow of the cross and the shadow of the cross fell on the back on the donkey. These special donkeys have borne the sign of the cross since that day.

2022 Walnut Woods pumpkin patch is a wrap. Thanks so much to all our kids for helping us! We had some great families this year and many that came back from last year. We love being apart of the family memories being made.

Our girl Clara is as loving as Gus. We are blessed to spend our retirement days with such affectionate donkeys.

Gus has had some health challenges for a couple months but he is feeling much better now. He has been to the vet a few times and never complained a bit. The vet office adores him as do we. He is always ready to give some love.

Gus had a great time taking selfies and getting lots of attention as he carried the beer around at a Shreck themed adult birthday party. Thank you Ashley and Grant for your business. We had a blast!
