I’ve been gearing up for a busy 2025 and I have a lot of beautiful things ready for my markets. I’ve changed the business name to Joan’s Cabin Studio, partially because I am creating very few artificial floral items these days and switched over to things my customers are telling me they want to see more of. I have a large selection of guitar string jewelry with a lot of matching earring’s and bracelets, which make great gifts. I have a new line of lotion bars which contain tallow instead of coconut oil. The addition of tallow makes these bars so much more nourishing for your skin. My next show will be at the Moose Family Center at 1500 county Road 6 in Elkhart. It will take place March 29th from 10 to 3.

My markets are done for this year but I’m still making fresh pine arrangements for that last minute decorating or for gifts to neighbors, friends or loved ones. Message me and we can arrange pickup or delivery. The lighted Christmas tree is $30, the tin bucket with pine, cones, Berrys and sticks is $25 and the snowman ornament is $18.

I’ll be selling fresh pine arrangements at the Brandywine High School Holiday Bazaar December 7th from 9 to 2. They are great for loved ones in assisted living and nursing homes. If you can’t make it and would like one just message me. Trees are $30, bucket with sticks and berry’s $25 and snowmen are $18.

My first event will be at Brandywine Elementarys Spring Bazaar. It will take place on March 23rd, from 9 to 3. Come see me at the Edwardsburg Fall Festival and Artesian Market September 16 from 10 to 2. There will be 50 plus venders, food trucks, activities for kids and local businesses there.

I’ve been having fun creating jewelry using recycled guitar strings. I love the idea of creating something beautiful out of something that would normally be thrown away. I will be a vendor at Salted Words on the 15th of April, at their artisan market. I will be  selling my new jewelry line, but I will also be selling all of my merchandise. I’m willing to ship anything that you may want with the added price of shipping. Most of the earrings are $15, and most of the bracelets are $20.
